- Payment information: billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Event and content data: event titles, descriptions, session details, and materials uploaded by Producers.
- Communications: messages, support requests, and feedback you send to us.
- Credentials for third-party integrations: Twilio, Resend, and GoHighLevel API keys stored encrypted in our database (Producers only).
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration, and interaction patterns.
- Engagement data: video watch percentage, offer click events, and session attendance records.
- Device and browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs.
- Cookies and similar technologies: session tokens and authentication cookies necessary to operate the Service.
2.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from Stripe (payment and subscription status), and from authentication providers used to verify your identity.

- With Producers: when you register for an event, your name and email are shared with the Producer hosting that event so they may communicate with you about the event.
- With service providers: we engage third-party vendors (hosting, analytics, email delivery) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality obligations.
- For legal compliance: we may disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of OSeminar, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
